Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

The price listed is the final price payable to Equine Balance Bands at checkout.

 

Damages

 

Equine Balance Bands is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If goods are received damaged please contact us immediately at christinepatterson181@gmail.com or +44 (0) 7987400272 in order that the shipment carrier may be notified and to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as proof.

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently ship Worldwide excluding US and Canadian jurisdictions. Please be aware that depending upon the country of delivery, countries may charge additional fees or duties on imported items. Some countries may collect VAT upon delivery.

 

Standard delivery to Europe 5-7 days.

Standard delivery outside of Europe 7-14 days.

 

Goods may take longer to receive than normal due to delivery protocols associated with Covid -19 and or customs processes.

Returns and Refunds 

Refunds issued for products returned in new, unused condition in original packaging within 30 days from date of purchase. Items returned not meeting these requirements will have a refund deduction based on current re-sale value. Proof of purchase required. Refunds will be made within 21 days of receipt of item. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Cancellations / Changes to Orders

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, the cancellation must be made within 12 hours of order (standard or overseas delivery) and 8 hours of order (express delivery) - an email with your request, order number and full name and address must be emailed to christinepatterson181@gmail.com
