I have used the stable boots to good effect but was looking for something that I could use during turnout. I was very pleased when the pastern wraps were launched and I have been using these during turnout and sometimes in the stable when the weather is warmer.
Iv been wanting to try magnetic bands for my horses arthritis for a while but wasnt sure if it works or just a placebo, so bought these to try. My horse came in from turnout really sore where he was fidgeting to get comfortable (he has done this before and he settles after getting bute). So I tried these while I went to get bute this time. Within 5 minutes he was settled and looked so much more comfortable. These bands are now a staple in his daily routine and he is so settled when they are on.
Have been using for one week, so with the inclement weather have only ridden once. However I did feel my 28 year old was walking out well from the beginning of our session. Onwards and upwards. The picture is from a few weeks ago.
