By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Equine Balance Bands supplies equestrian training and conditioning products, including saddle pad and resistance-band systems and related equestrian products.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate. Colours, appearance and dimensions may vary slightly from how they appear on a screen.
Information contained within our website, articles, blogs, training information and other educational material is provided for general informational purposes.
It is not intended to replace advice from an appropriately qualified veterinarian, veterinary physiotherapist, saddle fitter, equestrian coach or other suitably qualified professional where such advice is appropriate.
Equestrian activities inherently involve risk to horses, riders and handlers.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for the horse and activity concerned and for reading and following all fitting, care, maintenance and safety instructions supplied with the product.
Products should be inspected regularly and always checked before and after use. Products should not be used if damaged, worn or incorrectly fitted.
Where appropriate, users should seek assistance from a suitably experienced equestrian professional when introducing unfamiliar equipment.
We are not responsible for loss, injury or damage caused by misuse, inappropriate fitting, failure to follow supplied instructions, unauthorised modification, neglect or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not designed.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order through this website.
Where a product is used by a person under the age of 18, an appropriate responsible adult should supervise its use.

After you place an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation that we have received it.
We reserve the right not to accept an order where, for example:
a product is unavailable;
payment has not been authorised;
we identify an obvious pricing or description error;
delivery to the requested destination is not reasonably possible; or
we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Where payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot accept, the relevant payment will be refunded.
Prices displayed on the website are those applicable at the time the order is placed.
Multiple shipping options and prices may be available to you depending upon your country of purchase. Standard international postage does not generally include tax or duty paid. Where applicable, taxes will be included or identified during the checkout process.
Delivery charges and any other charges payable to us will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before dispatch to give you the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary by courier, unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but where a significant delay occurs we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed and comply with your applicable consumer rights.
Please ensure that the delivery information provided with your order is complete and accurate. The postage and packaging, and order fee may not be refundable in the case of delivery to the supplied address from which products cannot be returned or retreived. Please inform us as soon as possible if the delivery information is incomplete, we can adjust the information if the request is received before product dispatch. Once the product has passed to the courier it is often too late to make changes.
We sell products to customers in a number of countries.
Depending upon the destination and the method of sale, VAT, sales tax, customs duties or other import charges may either be collected at checkout or become payable when the goods enter the destination country.
Where duties or taxes are not collected by us at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for charges imposed by the destination country's authorities or delivery provider.
Any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer's country of residence remain unaffected by these Terms.
Your statutory cancellation rights
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you will normally have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason.
You should notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.
After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Where you choose a more expensive delivery service than our standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional cost of that upgraded delivery service.
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or we agree otherwise, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind cancellation.
You may examine goods in a similar way to how you could reasonably examine them in a shop. We may reduce a refund where legally permitted if the value of the goods has been reduced because they have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Our additional 30-day returns policy
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns period for qualifying unused and undamaged products.
Products returned under this additional policy should, where reasonably possible, be returned with their original packaging and accessories.
This additional policy does not restrict your statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
We want products supplied by us to be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described.
